As always, we will have our famous “Pit Stop” en-route, kindly hosted by the Lohan family. There will be plenty of spot prizes, a raffle, and selection boxes for the Under-14s.  Sponsorship Cards are available from New GAA Grounds committee members, local schools, clubs and businesses.

• All-Night Vigil at Knock Shrine –All-Night Vigil at Knock Shrine on December 7th and 8th, commencing at midnight and concluding with Mass for the Feast of the Immaculate Conception at 4am. Confessions from 10pm to midnight on December 7th. Through the night, people keep watch together in honour of Our Lady, seeking peace, healing, and spiritual renewal. Guest speaker: Aidan Loughnane.
• The first 5 Saturday Devotions will continue on Saturday 6th December, commencing with Rosary at 7pm.  Holy Mass at 7.30 pm.
• December meeting of Mountbellew and District Active Retirement Association will be held in the Pastoral Centre, Mountbellew on Monday December 1st at 8pm. New member’s welcome.

• Save the Club Draw – Mountbellew Golf Club have launched a “Save the Club” draw with tickets on sale at €20 or three for €50. The prize fund is for 1st prize €10,000, 2nd Ten-year membership of the Club 3rd €3,000, 4th prize €1000 in Cash. The draw will be held on March 1st 2026. Tickets can be purchased from any club member or online from the club’s website. The club has been rescued by the generosity of members and friends of the club from the “Vulture Fund Owners” but the now West Midlands Credit Union Loan must now be paid off and hence the draw to help with the repayments. All support appreciated.

Sunday 23^rd November Mass of Remembrance – Our Annual Mass of Remembrance will take place in Ballygar Church this Sunday, November 23rd at 10.30am. During the month of November we take time to remember all our loved ones who have gone to their eternal rest. We especially remember those who passed away since November last year. There will be a short service and blessing of the graves in the cemetery after this Mass.
