A thought as we receive the Sacred Host –

“Amen” is our response as we receive the host at

Communion. The translation of Amen is:

Truly, firm, so be it.

As we receive the host, we firmly believe that we receive

The Body of Christ.

Jesus truly enters our hearts so that we may become what

We receive.
