Trocaire 2022 – Trocaire boxes are available in the churches to take home.  Give to Trocaire this Lent and let your love travel thousands of kilometres to help families in Zimbabwe have the chance to build a better tomorrow.

Caltra Drame Group – BACK FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY PROCEEDS IN AID OF PEOPLE OF UKRAINE: WEDNESDAY 16TH March @8.30pm  a 3 act comedy “Butterfield cross” in Caltra Community centre.          

An Taisce National Spring Clean 2022

Ballygar Tidy Towns will coordinate the An Taisce National Spring Clean-up 2022. The clean-up will take place on Saturday, March 26th. All volunteers are asked to meet at the Garda Barracks, Ballygar at 11am to collect pickers, bags and gloves. Clean-ups of specific areas/townlands can also be organised before or after the 26th. St. Patrick’s Weekend Concert – Friday, March 18th, 2022

To celebrate St. Patrick’s Weekend, D’Bize Irish Music group will return to Ballygar to perform in concert. This will take place on Friday, March 18th, 2022. There will be music and dance at the bandstand at 7:45pm followed by a free concert in the courthouse at 8pm. All are welcome to attend.
